Crankshaft Position/RPM Sensor DDE

The inductive rpm sensor is screwed into the side of the engine block. A sensor gear with 58 teeth (60 teeth with a gap of 2 teeth) that moves past the rpm sensor is mounted on the crankshaft. The DDE control module evaluates the resulting voltage signals for the purpose of calculating the engine speed.
