TCU MOST E65, E60, E87, E90: overview of fault patterns

The following table lists the fault patterns covered in this test module.

The last four columns contain the information on which telephone systems each fault pattern applies to:

A: telephone systems with cordless handset (e.g. SA638)
B: telephone systems with hard-wired mobile phone (e.g. optional extra 639 E6x before 03/2005 without Bluetooth retrofit, optional extra 639 E65 before 03/2005, optional extra 664 before 03/2005)
C: Telephone systems with mobile phone connected via Bluetooth (e.g. optional extra 633, optional extra 639 E6x with Bluetooth retrofit, optional extra 639 E6x as of 03/2005, optional extra 639 E65 as of 03/2005, optional extra 639 E87 or E90 and their derivatives as of SOP)
D: telephone systems with snap-in adapter connected via Bluetooth (e.g. optional extra 664, only Korea)

Programming / coding

Programming / coding of the TCU control module is not possible or aborts.

2	Only E65/RR: The customer has lost the passkey (Bluetooth code).	A	C

4	After switching on terminal R, the mobile phone is not automatically reconnected with the vehicle.		C

When the mobile phone is placed in the snap-in adapter, the displayed signal strength falls or disappears.
