Repair instruction regarding a convertible top that cannot be completely opened or closed

Complaint

At high outside temperatures, the convertible top cannot be completely opened or closed.

Cause

- High frictional forces due to inadequately greased guide rails.
- Sensor system moving beyond dead centres.
- Weak torque of the drive motor.
- Tolerance fluctuations on the front bow strut.
- Sharp-edged adjusting screws.
