If overtemperature occurs in the video module or in the on-board monitor, the video text decoder produces a frame which indicates imminent shut-down. The picture remains until the signal is no longer applied and can be overwritten by the graphic stage as required. It must then be redisplayed.
The display is deactivated by switching off the monitor.
