Compressor clutch relay
The compressor clutch relay is used to control the compressor clutch. The relay is switched when the DME switches to ground. The relay switches so that there is positive on the control line to the compressor.
The air-conditioning compressor clutch relay is located in the engine compartment fuse box.
If the air-conditioning-compressor clutch fails, the air-conditioning compressor does not work either. This means that no climate control is possible.
